The strongest mid schooler around and well know by the other tops, the only one that challenged him for the 30th class freshmen war was Nakamura Ginji.

Tetsuwan Tsutomu wanted to be the top of Suzuran so he challenged Hanaki Guriko, after losing to him he tried to join as his underling, but Guriko said he do not take underlings, that he should look for Tsukushima Hana.

He had an old rivalry with Tsukimoto Mitsunori, fighting him many times but never having a winner. After he beat three Housen's students Mitsunori started hunting him. They ended up having a decisive one-on-one fight.

Tsutomu was following Hana but wasn't so sure about it, as he only believed in his fists he decided if he was going to follow Hana was cause he wanted too and not cause someone told him to do so.
After fighting Hana and losing he got his heart in Hana-gumi and set his goal to conquer everyone from his class.

Tsutomu inherit the Bullshit belt buckle from Hana.
