The third head of the Kuzugami group, one of the Manji Seven, and the strongest fighter in the whole Manji Empire.
He fears that the Manji may crush under it's own weight and secretly hopes Manji suffer a big defeat to rethink their ways.
Bisuko went to Toarushi after Hiruma Yuuji and accidently met Tsukushima Hana there. He later heard about Hana strenght after he beat Karashima Jun and discovered he is from the same school as the guy that beat his former boss Kuzugami Tatsuo.
He fought against Murata Shougo in the battle of the Manji Seven against the seven tops from Toarushi.
Bisuko later went to Toarushi again after Hana where they became friends and had a fight to see who was the strongest. Rumour on his town was that he lost the fight, he didn't care as he thought people would see him more as human cause of that.
