He was the vice-head of Kyouya's 4th generation. Alongside the new head,Hiruta Masashi, they planned on taking all the other gangs in town with Masuko Takurou and joining Zeniya Family as their 10th branch. Their plan backfired as the vice-president of Zeniya, Ogawa Kenji, showed up and beat Masuko for doing stuff on his own and trying to fight T.F.O.A., which their vice-head Murata Juuzou was his brother.
The acts of Masahi and Kakimura enraged the Kyouya members, that didn't want to become Zeniyas's underlings. They were banned from Kyouya, that started a new 4th generation.
