The head of the Buryuu group and one of the strongest fighters in the Manji Empire. He was sent to Toarushi with other nine Manji groups to hunt the T.F.O.A. and E.M.O.D..
He teamed with Shiino Fuminao from Kamishiro group and Hama Toshio from Enomoto group. They ended up in Suzuran, that warmly welcomed them.
