The younger twin brother of Kunou Issei and older brother of Kunou Ryuushin.
He was the vice-head of T.F.O.A.'s 2nd generation and the head of the 3rd generation.
Hideomi started a war against Suzuran after Bandou's defeat. He kidnapped Yasu to lure Harumichi Bouya while he sent his brother Issei to kill Rindaman.
As Bouya was defeating the T.F.O.A. 13 elite fighters he was scared and tried to run away and his last 2 fighers deserted him. As he was trying to escape he was hit by Tatsuya Yamazaki's motorcycle.
His methods made him lose the loyalty of his men and he was banned from the faction.
