The vice-president of Zeniya's 8th generation, the head of their 1st branch and also the strongest fighter of the family. He is blood brother of Murata Juuzou.
When he found out his right-hand and head of the 9th branch Masuko Takurou was using Zeniya's name on his own to try to take control of Toarushi and going against Murata's T.F.O.A. he interfered, beating Masuko and puting Zeniya's troops on the run, and apologized to Murata.

One of his aides didn't like that Murata and the others from the Armament didn't talk to him using honorifics and suggested that they should crush the Armament. Dosuken then said they would have to go with all that the Zeniya Family got and be prepared to suffer serious losses, that going after them would be more dangerous that going to war with the Manji Empire, they would teach you once and for all that war isn't about numbers.
