He and his friend Katayama Chiaki were the strongest fighters on their city, so he convincend Chiaki to go with him to Toarushi to find new challenges and look for the legendary Rindaman.
After picking some fights he met Maruken and was defeated. Maruken decided to introduce the duo to Bulldog. They become good friends with the Kurotaki Alliance, and after the fight between Bulldog and Ishii Tsuyoshi they decided to join the alliance with the other schools.
