Tsukimoto Mitsunobu

One of the Moonlight brothers and Housen's officers. The Moonlight brothers were afraid that King Joe had become soft or was afraid of Suzuran, so they put pressure on him to move, all that was needed was a spark.
On King Joe's quick move against Suzuran, Mitsunobu with his brother Mitsuyoshi were sent to get Gunji out of the battle. In the 5 vs. 5 showdown he faced Hanaki Guriko.

After his graduation, Mitsunobu would later be ambushed by Muroto Zenmei, Naitou Ichigo, Naitou Ichie only to attack Housen's morale in their fight against the Amachi Army.
