Bitou Tatsuya

The second of the Bitou brothers. He and Bitou Hideyuki were using Machida Katsutoshi to start a war on Suzuran to avenge their brother Bitou Makio, but in fact they were also looking to surpass him. Tatsuya was first saw kicking Harumichi Bouya in the back over a bridge

After Machida and his officials getting beat by Hiromi Kirishima and Hideto Bandou they revealed that no one was following them and the Bitou Brothers took control of Housen.

After a talk with Rindaman, Tatsuya was convinced to fight with Bouya on one-on-one,

Tatsuya decided to retire from the post of Housen's leader and gave it to Hideyuki, but even not being the leader he was considered one of the Four Kings of Toarushi. Not much later he was found by Bouya and he told he was feeling bored. Kunou Ryuushin had asked Bouya's help to deal with the Snake Heads and they were looking for one more strong fighter, Bouya decided to call Tatsuya, at first they didn't like the idea as Ryuushin and Tatsuya had some old rivalry, but they got along. They formed the team Parko and Dangerers.

Tatsuya moved to Tokyo with his brother, where he had an encounter with Kuzugami Tatsuo who broke his arms.
After graduating he became a professional boxer and kept his rivalry with Ryuushin as he had become a professional boxer too.
Bouya ranked him as the third strongest fighter he faced, alongside Ryuushin.
