Affiliation: Suzuran 25th Class, Ebizuka Trio, Harumichi Family

He was the leader of the Ebizuka Trio, three feared students from Ebizuka Mid School that made a name for themselves.
On Suzuran they never bowed to any faction. When Harumichi Bouya transfered to the school Hiromi had a fight with him and lost. Pon and Mako decided to get back Bouya and Mako went to fight against him and also lost. By that time Hideto Bandou was plotting to get rid of them and set some traps, Pon asked for Bouya's help and they became friends after the fights.
During Bandou Faction war Hiromi was surprise attacked by Bandou with a steel pipe. He was left uncounscious and later rescued by Rindaman.
When T.F.O.A. declared war on Suzuran, Hiromi and Pon got surrounded by their soldiers and were faced by Kunou Ryuushin. The Ebizuka Trio helped form the Harumichi Family to fight against T.F.O.A., later they were surrounded by Anzai Mitsuhiko and several underling but defeated them all.
Without any Kurotaki officer knowing, Hiromi was the one responsible for the alliance success after ploting with some students from Kurosaki and Takiya a way to fool their bosses and make them join forces.
During the war against Housen, Hiromi faced their leaders and officials. After beating Kunimoto Tadashi and Machida Katsuotoshi, Machida pulled a knife against him but was stoped by Bandou who got the knife and slashed his face. Hiromi and Bandou then were challenged by the Bitou brothers.
Not much later he met Katou Hideyoshi and Kobayashi Masanari who said they were going to join Suzuran and fight him after conquering the freshmen. Hideyoshi couldn't conquer the freshmen but was challenged by Hiromi anyway.
Hiromi led the Harumichi Family on the final battle against Snake Heads.
After graduating Hiromi got a call from Bandou who asked him to join his band.
