Ishii Tsuyoshi

He is the younger of Ishii brothers who were the leaders of the bikers gang Invincible Rats in the South Prefecture.

After getting in a fight with Parko and his friends Teru and Kiiko they disbanded and ran to Toarushi, where his cousin Yagisawa Akira lived.

Akira tried to use them to overthrown the Kurotaki Alliance having Tsuyoshi to fight against Bulldog on a 1 x 1 but he lost. The brothers convinced Akira to join Kurotaki cause they were planing to use the Alliance to defend them as Parko's friend were still on the hunt.

After meeting Bulldog they regret trying to use the Alliance in their favor, but before they could tell the truth Bulldog got hit by a truck and was hospitalized.

Even after deciding to hand themselves to Teru and Kiiko and not fight, the lack of leadership in the Alliance made some of the officers get in the fight and, as the peaceful solutions were out of the table, they decided to gather Kurotaki's members and fight,

Takeshi hit Teru by surprise with a steel pipe, but as they were going to fight Parko showed up with his motorcycle and he jumped on the front of his brother Tsuyoshi and got hit. Tsuyoshi faced parko with the help of the Kurotaki's members but he lost.

After both brothers getting knocked out by Parko the quarrel ended.

Later he went to work on Bulldog's father company Furukawa Ironworks with his brother.
