During the fight against the Snake Heads, Zetton, Hideyoshi, Gunji, Kome and Masa went after Bouya, as it was a chance in a lifetime to see three of the Four Kings in action together. They got into some fights and later helped the Harumichi Family in the last battle.Masa became one of the top of Suzuran and the second in the Hideyoshi Faction. One day he was surprise attacked by Urano from Housen. That would spark a new big war between Suzuran and Housen.
On the last fight of the war, between Hideyoshi and King Joe, Masa interfered as Hideyoshi was already beaten but wasn't giving up, that made both sides ignore the 5 vs. 5 fight and go in an all out war.
