Suzuki Keizou's rival since mid school, he was invited by him to join his new gang. At that night he acknowledge T.F.O.A. existance and started looking after them. But soon they had fights with Back-Teria, Skelton and everyone.
Ooshima Eizou was said to be undefeated, and Samejima Giichi considered him the most fearsome man in the world.
He was a friend of Genjirou Katsuragi and tried to invite him to the Armament before he joined Suzuran. Katsuragi refused cause he didn't like motorcycles and said he would look stupid with a leather jacket
